    This 2 BR 2 BA Ocean front condo is Located in the Heart of Rosarito Beach with direct beach access. This condo has great setting by the sea. This vacation home allows you to enjoy life with full amenities including, breath taking views, and convenient access to a long sandy beach, fabulous sunsets, and fragrant nights. Our Luxury condo is located in a modern and upscale high rise in Downtown Rosarito Beach. We are behind closed gates with 24 HR Security, 24 HR surveillance with regular patrol of grounds, very safe location! We have exposed and covered parking so you and your car are quiet save. You are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and night clubs- No need to drive!! This condo is the perfect spot to go out and have fun or just relax and enjoy. The condo is remolded with local and modern decor to suit your stay. We have a King sizes bed in Master Bedroom, Queen sizes in guest bedroom and a the Living room sofas turn into sleepers .


    We provide a 55 inch TV with cable, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, thru out the condo, DVD, VCR & WI-FI , both bathrooms have large tile showers and have Newer Flooring and new baseboards thru out the Condo

Gorgeous place right in the beach! Stayed here two years in a row. Amazing view, comfy beds, clean space and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc). Two years in a row and will not be staying anywhere else!

This location is awesome. The condo was perfect size for 4 people and was right on the beach and very close to Papa's and Beer and all the other restaurants and things to do. We will definitely return again.

Great view and location

The view and location were wonderful with easy access to the beach. Security was good and we felt very safe. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the grills are not gas and the jacuzzi was not hot and jets did not work. Overall, very enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

Nice place. Apt was kind of small, and a bit dated. But right near the beach, and all the bars and restaurants. Guards were great, parking felt especially safe. Outside rather noisy at night though.

Walking distance, Clean and Gated!

Condo is secure and meticulously maintained gated community, conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, vibrant nightclubs, a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The complex is monitored 24 hours a day by surveillance cameras, and a dedicated security guard is always on duty to ensure your safety. The host is exceptionally communicative, and the listing details are precisely as described. Beautiful view of the Beach! Thank you!!

Excellent communication, and location!

Pros: Great property for our family of 7. (3adults + 4pre/teens) Location is one block from main highway (downtown Rosarito) and several bars/restaurants/shopping right outside of property entrance. 1 block over from Papas & Beer and Bombay Beach Club. Elevators are close by. Pool was clean and steps into the beachside. TVs we’re in every room and worked great with Netflix (sign into your own account) Kitchen was fully equipped, but we didn’t use it. And there’s a water station that was provided. Plenty of towels ana linens for our party + separate beach towels. Beds were good. Weather was phenomenal, ceiling fans + ocean breezes 24/7 Cons: A little outdated but that is to be expected. Master shower/bath was rather odd. The tub was like 30” high from the ground so unless you are 5’11” + it kinda hard to get in and out. I’m 5’4” so I basically climbed out ;) I couldn’t get it to warm up but this really wasn’t an issue as we took showers at night after a long day so we didn’t care. The other bathroom was a normal tub and had warm water. Bring shampoo and soap. As the only soap is for handwashing. Overall, we recommend and will definitely rebook! Thanks for hosting us in your great home. Viva la Mexico!
