Let me tell you this was my first time in Rosarito and I dont want to leave this property it is amazing and i felt like i was home these host where amazing and very helpful in checking in and keeping you informed and up to date on this trip I will definitely be back!

We are definitely going back. The property was beautiful and very clean. The host replied to all my questions. The check in was quick and easy. The bed we're so comfortable. Only complain was on last day of checkout they turned off hot water and electricity? Over-all it was perfect Villa :)

This Villa is truly amazing! It is secure, clean, has great amenities, right on the beach and centrally located. Cortney and Marco as hosts were extremely responsive and very communicative with us. We had an amazing time here and can't wait to book with them again! Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Family vacation
The villa was beautiful, this was our 2nd time staying here in the same villa. Cortney and Marco are great and make the booking and stay so easy and always respond quickly. Our family was already talking about going back again. I definitely recommend staying here, there are stores walking distance wich makes it very convenient. Definitely going back again.

July respite from AZ summer
Family and I very much enjoyed our stay. We escaped the AZ scorching heat for a week in July. It was nice to have the option to go to the beach and the pool which was heated by the way. Plenty of space for our family of 6. We felt safe during our stay. You’ll be just maybe a 3 minute drive away from the busier Rosarito district.

A Rosarito gem!
My friend and I took our 3 teenage daughters to Rosarito for a quick, mid-winter getaway. We booked this property for it's proximity to the beach, the gated community, 3 large bedrooms/bathrooms, and updated amenities. We were NOT disappointed. The property was VERY clean and was exactly was it was described. We had plenty of space for all of us (and our stuff) and the location was perfect. We were just steps from the pool and hot tub area and just a short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed sunsets and the stars at night and a couple of nice days to lay out and read a book. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Best Vacation ever
This Villa has it all awesome location, beautiful clean home, perfectly kept up common areas and private beach access is the cherry on top. Our check in was very smooth and pulling up to the Villa just took our breath away. The pictures don't do it justice on how close you are to the beach and steps from the pool that's cleaned every morning. We loved this home and look forward to staying here every time we come to Mexico.

Great Location!
We booked Villa Paz for weekend 2 of Baja Beach Fest. It was the perfect location, close enough to where the cab ride was only about 5 minutes, but far enough to avoid all the mayhem. The check in process was smooth and the host was very communicative, even contacting me to let me know that early check in was available! The villa was clean and had modern amenities including wifi and a 75 inch android TV which we were able to stream music from without having to connect our own phones and speaker systems. There were 3 actual bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There were some complimentary snacks and refreshments to our surprise including pedialyte! The view was beautiful and everything was in working order. The security makes their rounds through the property but they weren't overbearing like they tend to be at some places, present but not policing. The communication from the host was excellent and I felt that if we had any issues or needed anything they would be right there to help. Overall it was a perfect home away from home and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay again!!!

Could have been perfect....
This is a new, clean property but it comes with lots of 'rules' which we were frequently reminded of via email and small signs around the house. The property needs to allow more than 1 towel per guest! I know people like security but wearing a wristband during our stay and having to hold up our arms upon entry every time we returned was a bit uncomfortable. No party rule seemed to not apply to the next door neighbors partying on the adjoining patio at 2am. A few warm touches could make this a 5 star spot.

Hi Meryl, thank you for your review. We are a bit surprised by your comments since you mentioned nothing about any of these issues/concerns during your stay. In fact when we messaged you to check in and see how things were going, you said "Thank you. Everything is good." For a 2-3 night stay, for 6 guests or less we provide 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 6 washcloths, and 6 pool towels. For the majority of our guests over the last 5 years that has been sufficient but if that was an issue for you, it would have been great if you messaged us about it during your stay. Community security is for your protection so that there are not unregistered guests on the property during your stay. We are a bit surprised that aspect of security made you feel uncomfortable. Also, as we mentioned in our listing, rules, and messages to you, if you hear excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am, you have several options: notify security at the front gate, call the phone number for security that we provided to you, or message us to let us know so that we can contact security on your behalf. We hope that in the future you will message your host during your stay and give them the opportunity to remedy the issues before leaving a less than 5 star review.

We travel to Baja twice a year and always get rental properties. This unit and location was by far and above the best we have ever stayed in. The description and pictures honestly are great but once you get there and walk into this beautiful home and see the view and hear the ocean it was just perfection for all of us and our us kids were very happy with their rooms, internet service and the giant tv with all the apps. beautiful property very well maintained and our sunsets were perfect! The home is spotless and elegant - even the towels were soft and fluffy! the security guards were so nice and I loved the safety provided. We wanted to stay longer but couldn’t do next time we will for sure book a whole week - the kids already made us pinky promise to come back :) thank you for an amazing stay

Perfect Location with Amazing Beach View!
This is one of the best places to stay in Roasarito. Depending on the tide you can walk down the beach to the center of town and you have access to all the bars and restaurants. The location has a great pool and hot tub as well. Very relaxing!

Don’t hesitate to book here, the place was great, easy to find and an easy drive to downtown! Having the pool, hot tub and beach right out the back door was a huge plus. Plenty of good spots to eat within walking distance too.

My Family Was Impressed with the Beauty!
We arrived later in the day and the security guard at the gate had all of our information so getting to the condo registering was smooth and easy. A code was provided to enter the premise. The morning after we had coffee on the deck and later breakfast. All while we enjoyed the fantastic view. My teenage daughters had school/work for a couple hours and the Wifi service was excellent for them. Some were out on the front lawn doing there work as they listened to the crashing waves. The others were in the living room. After their school work was complete they enjoy Netflix, but we quickly moved them away from TV to enjoy the scenery! ;). The property has a semi private beach within a cove. On the beach there is a huge whale bone that seems to be fossilized. But it’s not that old. That was very interesting to see. Overall we had a great time. I highly recommend this location!

Amazing views and quiet property.
We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is very nice and clean. The views are spectacular. We loved hearing the ocean at night from our room, and the morning we left we saw dolphins not far off the coast. Our 7 year old cried when we left because she wanted to stay. It was a perfect little retreat for our family and it was quiet and safe. Cortney was a fabulous host and checked in on us several times to make sure we had what we needed. The only down side was the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very hot either but we were there in December. We will definitely be back!

The property was spotless and very fancy. You can hear the ocean as you go to bed and when you wake up because it is always in a short distant view the property itself is very comfortable and had all the commodities you can expect. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Incredible Getaway
My family and I loved staying at this place! The house was exactly what we were looking for, so close to all the activities but still felt private and quiet. The beach right in front is gorgeous and when we were there (Thanksgiving weekend) there was hardly anyone on it the entire time. The house was super clean and comfortable, and the host provides coffee which is definitely a plus! Check in process was easy and Cortney was helpful and responsive. Recommend for anyone, we did not have kids with us but it would be a perfect place for families or just a group of friends looking to get away. We will be back!

Clean modern villa in great location
