I arrived Friday morning as scheduled. The key to the gates and the elevator are left in the room per the check in instructions so you will have to tote your luggage up 6 flights of stairs. When I arrived the code to the unit did not work and yes I entered it correctly. I messaged Enrique with no reply. I called the contact number for Enrique repeatedly but it goes straight to a voicemail at a dental clinic, no matter how many times you call. Left a message at the clinic. Messaged Enrique on the App. Nothing. I called VRBO to cancel and although they claim they are I’ve received no email or notice yet. Basically I was left standing in the streets of Tijuana for two hours and had to make my own arraignments for lodging. This construction was WITHIN the same complex/tower. I was not notified of this before booking. Dog frequently barking in apartment directly below, during the day and late into the evening. On bedroom floor, near patio door, there was a spluge and splatter of something somewhat clear, mucus like, and gross. I’ll let you image what that was. The GFCI outlets in the master bath and second bath would make a loud pop sound every 20-60 minutes. First the master bedroom GFCI outlet would pop, then the 2nd bath one would pop a few seconds later. Even with the bathroom door closed, this would wake me up throughout the night. The glass on the balcony railing was quite dirty, which obstructed view of the partial ocean view. … With exception of the above, this condo was nicely furnished, pretty, and comfortable.
