They are always so nice and courteous. Stayed here 3 years ago on and off and needed a place for the night and granted it was out of my way was my # 1 choice. Always have felt welcomed here.

This place is sketch. I got it because i only needed a one night stay hotel for my surgery the next day. It was sketch, underground parking. Sheets had hair , the room smelled odd. Oh and i could hear alot of noise from other rooms. Would NOT stay here again.

Amazing service! Pablo helped us check in and was great. Easy check in. He also helped us order some pizza to the hotel. I saw him helping out a woman who only spoke another foreign language and he did his best! The rooms were clean! We got two rooms, the beds were firm but that’s how we like it! The bathrooms were clean as well. We loved the parking! It’s gated and there’s security 24/7 so we felt safe leaving all of our goods we purchased in our car. Breakfast was soooo good and the ladies were so attentive to us. Pancakes, eggs, toast, beans, and chilaquiles were available. Overall amazing service! For the price, it was perfect!

The breakfast staff could not have been any better! I was surprised how good the included breakfast was. I don't understand why most hotels in Mexico only provide one towel in most rooms, however the staff was happy to bring more, due to three people sharing the same room. The hotel is a mix of being dated and modern

They need to change the breakfast have more hot coffee through out the day. The stay for People that need to be there longer shouldn’t be asked when they are leaving and need to make it more save

It's an okay hotel, nothing fancy, breakfast is not good but it's okay. They need to update their TV sets. They're too old, not smart TVs, do not respond to remote control, takes a while to get the remote and TV working together.

Very close by to downtown, Revolución, we walked. Only thing I did not like was the bed, very hard mattress and the breakfast buffet was not that tasty. Other than that, the staff and customer service was great.

I like the fact that for an affortable price you get free breakfast and the staff is very friendly I also like that is a gated property and it makes you feel safer very convenient to shopping centers and medical needs I will definately stay there again

Staff was very welcoming, made check in easy. Breakfast was included (real breakfast, not a continental). Right around the corner from an Oxxo (convenience store) 5 mins away from Costco and from the downtown nightlife.

Buen día, Lamento que haya tenido una mala experiencia en el servicio del desayuno, si hay algo que nos caracteriza es esforzarnos por hacer las cosas muy bien, definitivamente algunos podemos equivocarnos, pero estamos para ser mejores profesionales y prestadores de servicio. De igual manera agradezco el comentario por escrito que nos dejo en el cual definitivamente el resto del servicio en el hotel fue mas que bien, a excepción de la atención del desayuno (ya tuvimos una platica con el personal para mejorar el trato a nuestros invitados, después de la conversación telefónica con usted), desayuno que definitivamente es exquisito, sabroso y abundante. Esperamos que nos de la oportunidad de recibirlo una vez mas y poder mostrarle la diferencia en el servicio.

Bien ubicado , el cuarto olía algo mal como humedad no estaba sucio se supone que era área de no fumar y si, olía a cigarro el cuarto , le falta que se sienta mas limpio como algún aroma , no tienen plancha, el desayuno bien sin llegar a exelente lo necesario para el desayuno , los empleados muy amables !!

Buen día, Agradezco su observación, haremos mas énfasis en este tema del olor a cigarro, de hecho todo el hotel es libre de humo de tabaco y todos los huéspedes son informados que no esta permitido, sin embargo los fumadores al regresar al hotel aun llegan con ese olor de humo. Lamento que haya pasado esta mala experiencia. Cuidaremos mas al respecto.
