This unit located at K38 is well stocked, nicely decorated and has amazing views. We specifically love this location for the surfing but we also love the safety and comfort of staying at club Marena. The owner has added little touches like a pair of binoculars, yoga mats and an awesome surf changing area in the garage. The happier my wife is the more I get to visit this incredible spot. Love how this end unit faces the surf. Also the private garage is a perk compared to other units since the complex doesn't like wet wetsuits in the elevator. ##### Nate B. This is a beautiful condo! It is extremely clean, safe, very nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we might need. It has breathtaking views of the point and the surf. The view from the master bedroom is unbelievable. Property is super clean, layout is perfect and the entire property is better than the photos. No complaints. Even water pressure (which has been an issue in other units) was great. Do yourself a favor and book now. ##### Josh S.
