Casa Luque

Casa Luque is a simple yet soulful refuge, designed for those seeking an authentic stay with the necessary comforts to relax. The house is located at approximately 394 metres above sea level, in the La Punta area (Tijarafe municipality), in the northwest of the island.



The environment offers a very attractive combination: from the plot you can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side, and the green mountainous landscape of the island on the other.



The property has:



Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m). The main bedroom has air conditioning.

Living-dining room with integrated kitchen — kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster; dining table with four chairs; in addition to sofa and satellite TV.

Bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine (laundry room), and extras such as a hairdryer.

Terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds; garden with tall bushes that guarantee privacy; outdoor area ideal for enjoying the climate, silence, the sea in the background or the starry sky.

The house has about 70 m² of habitable space, its space is sufficient for 4 people + baby, which makes it ideal for couples, friends or small families.



The exterior is one of the great attractions of Casa Luque: garden with vegetation that provides privacy, furnished terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol; an ideal corner for outdoor breakfasts, sunbathing readings, dinners under the stars — with the Atlantic as a backdrop.



The environment invites absolute relaxation. From the rear, the mountains of the area can be glimpsed, and from the front—an unobstructed view of the sea—, which makes each sunrise and sunset a moment to admire.



Moreover, the location is strategic: in a few minutes by car, one can reach the village of La Punta, which offers a basic supermarket; the nearest beach, in Puerto de Tazacorte, is about 15-20 minutes away, which allows combining mountain, nature, and sea.
