Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants. The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time. What really stood out though was on the last day my wife broke her leg and ended up in hospital and the hotel were fantastic shuffling bookings around around I could remain in the room for as long as needed and dealing directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about...

Great hotel, attention to detail inside is fabulous and friendly staff. We stayed for one night in mid September as a stop over while driving through Italy so out of both ski and summer season and there was a good choice of places to eat all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent 5 night stay at the hotel, the facilities are excellent and the decor/design of the hotel is pleasing. A nice mix of new modern clean design with rustic lodge feel accents. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom very nice, clean, spacious and stylish. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and took advantage of the spa facilities in the late afternoon after skiing during the day. My only gripe would be the daily car parking charge of 30 Euros per day which is steep! ...

We spent our honeymoon here in January and it was fabulous. We had a room overlooking the slopes and the outdoor pool, which I'd recommend. It truly is ski-in, ski-out, which makes it v convenient. We did half-board and ate most nights in the 2Mille3 restaurant and once in La Laiterie. I'd thoroughly recommend both. Breakfasts were also lovely.
