Gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes Val d'Isère 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac.

Fully renovated in 2023, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV, flat screen, radio, DVD and electric shutters. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sliding door with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESSPRESSO) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. WIFI / optical fiber, TV international, high quality beds, double glasses windows. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

appartement parfaitement optimisé, équipements de qualité, où l'on se sent bien. Belle literie. Aspirateur efficace lave linge plaques, lave vaisselle, cafetières et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Un vrai chez soi.

L'appartement est conforme aux attentes. L'emplacement et la vue sont supers. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir le local à ski qui était peut-être fermé en cette fin de saison

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la montagne. Néanmoins la séparation entre la chambre double et le salon avec une paroi coulissante faisant un bruit affreux n'est pas très pratique. La nuit il est inimaginable d’actionner la paroi sans réveiller tout l’appartement, de ce fait il faut laisser entre-ouvertes les 2 pièces, les occupants de part et d'autre de la paroi sont donc en réalité dans la même pièce d'ou un problème flagrant d'intimité .

Nous avons passè un sejour magnifique. L'appartement etait superbe, offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. Propre, bien agencè, tres complet (lave vaisselle et lave linge!), charmant et cocooning. On est tombè sur une semaine particulierement calme...
