Good hotel, friendly staff. We picked it given its approximate location to town.

This place was an absolute shambles, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. We booked a three-bedroom apartment on 9th July, but when we arrived at 11:00 pm on 20th July after a long flight with our children, we were told that only a two-bedroom apartment was available because the hotel was fully booked. I have never experienced a hotel failing to provide accommodation that had been booked and confirmed weeks in advance. As it was late and we had no alternative, we accepted the apartment. However, the condition of it was completely unacceptable. The bedroom doors did not lock, posing a serious security risk. The toilet smelled strongly of sewage, there were fleas in the room, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. We checked in at around 11:00 pm but checked out again at approximately 3:00 am because we simply could not stay in those conditions. With nowhere else to go in the middle of the night, we were forced to sleep in our car until we could find suitable accommodation for our family the next morning. The hotel's failure to honour our booking, combined with the poor hygiene, security concerns, and lack of organisation, turned what should have been the start of a family holiday into a stressful and exhausting experience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.
