Property very clean, lovely views, excellent customer service, stuff very professional. We did not have any issues. Just lovely place to stay.

OZ Hotel Collection
The Hotel is clean and very well maintained room a little smaller than I would have liked however it was manageable. Food was excellent drinks as well. Pool was a little smaller than I anticipated but overall was a great trip

If I can't stay at Soy Local, then I won't go to Cartagena anymore. I've been staying there every time I go to Cartagena and most of the staff are just like family.
