Shop 7 km, supermarket 25 km, railway station "Skövde" 25 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, sandy beach "Örlen" 3 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, fishing possibilities 200 m. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required]. 1st floor is closed and not occupied. The owner lives on the same property. Free fishing in approx. 200 m.

Kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
