Check in was very good, lots of information, they gave us the Expedia room upgrade and it was an incredible room. The breakfast was very good, we didn’t use the restaurants but they looked very nice. The 2 swimming pools were very nice, although we tended to stay around the ground floor pool because it was bigger and had plenty of shade. It was just on the edge of old town so a convenient walk and not any of the noise. The hotel staff were very friendly, we would highly recommend this hotel

Very pleasant stay! Nice selection of restaurants, hardworking and friendly staff! Special thanks to the staff at the blue restaurant, everyone that cooked, served and cleaned up the restaurant did an amazing and consistent job! Beach club bar staff has been great too! One suggestion: add a few more coffee maker machines.

The architecture and landscape design of this building is absolutely stunning. I stayed at 3 different rooms and each one has a unique interior design and view of the ocean and/or mountains. Staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.
