"I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!"

"This is an absolutely stunning place to stay! We were looking for a peaceful place to stay for the night so I could prepare for spinal surgery the next day and this was perfect. "We met my little brother and his family and our families had an amazing time fishing and cooking and spending time together. We live on the coast and my brother lives in bend so when we can get together we treasure it and this place was magical. "My family and I stayed in this home for 2 nights. The home was clean, but in need of repair; there several places in the home where upkeep had not been done (walls were patched but not painted, primary bedroom door jam was loose, etc.). The pictures do not indicate that there are only 2 chairs (and a bench) in the living room and no dining room table. For a home that sleeps 6, there was not adequate seating or a place to sit and eat other than the outside patio (that had not been cleaned)....

"First time staying here, was very happy with the hotel. We were in town for the Oregon high school state track meet. Hayward Field is about 10 - 15 minutes away and it's easy to get there. It is an older facility, but they've done a great job maintaining it. When we checked in, Frank was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. My Father has dementia and often repeats questions and Frank handled it with ease and was great with my Dad. While they didn't have breakfast (just didn't have a space for it) they had coffee, tea and water available as well as some granola bars. They even had a paper most mornings. Will stay there next time I need to be in Eugene/Springfield area! There is a Asian restaurant onsite and a Wendy's across the street. There is also a Winco & Walmart near by. It's easy access to I-5 and there was a lot of parking."
