"clean and pretty while not expensive no real amenities basic cable. restaurant is ok not great food or service. room very clean and property lovely and quiet while close to hwy and food/grocery down the street. "

"Granddaughter was in shower it did not have a working fan. I was woke up around 8am. She had closed the curtain and had not flooded the floor.Apparently her shower was flooding the 2 floors below. "

"The rooms were very clean, plenty of parking and friendly, helpful staff. The hot breakfast hit the spot the four days we were there. The hotel had two tvs, a pool table and lot of games for the family. They came in handy on a rainy Eugene Oregon evening."

"We had an event at the Bob Keefer sports complex. This duplex was an excellent location for this! I was able to run back and forth to the complex easily. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. As a busy parent the fantastic coffee selection was very much appreciated!"

"5-Star Stay, Highly Recommend!I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, fully stocked with all the essentials, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. There were free snacks, coffees and a variety of tea available. Samantha was incredibly responsive, and communication through the VRBO app was seamless and efficient.I especially appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, detergents were even provided (though i brought my own). That extra convenience made a big difference during my stay.The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, yet it’s conveniently located within walking distance to McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center where I was doing my clinical rotation, and just a few blocks from dining options and Walgreens. There’s also a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or jogging, which was a great bonus since there’s no treadmill in the home.The backyard garden is absolutely charming, and the home’s decor creates such a warm and cheerful ambiance. I also appreciated having TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was freshly painted, clean, and overall, you can truly tell the owner takes pride in maintaining this small but lovely home.Would definitely stay here again if needed. It definitely beats staying at questionable nearby motels/hotels. A five-star experience all around!"
