"The location was great and a short drive to Cedar Point Amusement Park, Cedar Point Shores Water Park and other family venues. Our host's communications were concise and response to our inquiries was quick. We received clear check-in instructions and check out instructions. Plenty of parking on site. Relaxing hot tub and cozy fire pit cooking s'mores in the evenings. The dining room was large and accommodated all 15 of us at meal time."

"If you identify with Clark Griswold's stress during a family Vacation, then this cottage is for you. The owners have thoughtfully stocked this cottage with everything you need to de-stress. Forgot needed toiletries? You'll find some tucked in a closet. The kitchen & pantry are well stocked with appliances and basic meal prep items. This cottage has 2 Refrigerators, and a great deal of empty cupboard space to accommodate your groceries for a long stay. If your kids need space after a long ride, they'll be delighted with all the room and games in the Garage/Recreation Room. The oversized Jenga, bowling and badminton sets quickly provided some stretching after a long car ride. This room turned into a den for our family with a TV, refrigerator for snacks/drinks, comfortable dining table and lounging chairs. We found beach equipment on the recreation shelf. It inspired us to plan an impromptu trip. The beach wagon was a bonus for carrying all the bags, toys, towels & chairs to a spot on Nickel Beach This borrowed equipment took up my all of my SUV's trunk space! I couldn't have brought all this from home. This property will stay at the TOP of my list for the spacious well-appointed rooms, cleanliness & attention to detail. Love Master BR! I found privacy & safety in this location. Our family enjoyed the view of the Channel from the well-equipped patio. The fire table allowed us to keep up our S'mores tradition. Property owners communicated well throughout our trip!"

"Great communication in the weeks leading up to the trip and throughout our visit. Huron is a quieter town between Vermilion and Cedar Point if you need a place for a large family. Easy access to great little places to eat. Be sure to visit Vermilion lighthouse Beach Park, Old Woman Creek preserve and Sheldon Nature Preserve if you enjoy hiking and nature. Note the pool is not heated."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, the towels were excellent, and the additional half bath was a great convenience for our family of four. The outdoor space was perfect for our dogs, and the beach access couldn’t have been better.A few minor suggestions would be more comfortable couches and bedroom pillows, along with some shelving in the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothes and toiletries. None of these were dealbreakers—we had a great vacation and would happily stay here again."
