Overall, the property is great with clean bathroom, nice sheets and friendly staff. The only thing I didn't realized how small the room is. Unfortunately, you don't have space to place luggage or backpacks. Just plan accordingly

The staff at this resort was not helpful. We arrived early with the reservation and checked in; however, our room was not ready until 4 pm which was fine. The front desk got my number telling me that they will call me once my room was ready. It was past 4 and I found that the room had been ready, but no one cares enough to call. I ended up having to get in a long line again for check in. The staff never apologized to me for not informing me of my room. She was very rude and unhelpful. I wished that I had remembered her name so I can complain to the manager.
