I had a few issues with AC and there was never anybody in the office. Check in was a text on my phone. The key # for my room was a text, along with cleaning service for fresh towels. That I wasn't expecting but Overall I enjoyed the visit. "

"It was as portrayed.. small things like the pool deck had leaves and acorns .. pool wasn’t cleaned of leaves until we called .. supposed to be done Wednesday’s but came on Friday .. left on Sunday ..toilet paper holder in master came off the wall"
