The main floor flows beautifully together — a generous dining table beneath dimmable pot lights, opening into a living room with a deep L-shaped sectional and an additional armchair, with comfortable seating for your group. We keep Thalia spotless and beautifully maintained. A few quick notes so your stay goes smoothly:
Self check-in is at 4:00 PM via smart lock, and checkout is 11:00 AM (late checkout up to two hours by request). The home comfortably hosts up to seven guests.
We’re on a quiet residential street, so we simply ask that things stay low-key after 10:00 PM, indoors and on the deck — something the families and neighbours nearby genuinely appreciate. Thalia is a peaceful home made for resting and reconnecting, so parties and events of any kind aren’t permitted. For everyone’s peace of mind, the property has exterior cameras and decibel-only noise sensors (no audio, and nothing inside the home), with footage automatically deleted after 14 days and disclosed per platform policy.

Before arrival, we’ll send a quick secure link to confirm your stay — ID verification, rental agreement, and damage protection (a $55–85 waiver or a $500 refundable hold). It takes about two minutes.
