We really enjoyed our stay here, quiet neighborhood and clean. Need a little update on dining table by probably adding 2 more chairs. Highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Nice quiet, clean townhome away from noise of Niagra Falls
The property was very clean, current, and comfortable. The listing states sleeps 8, but I would say the property really sleeps 6 adults (7 if one sleeps on couch downstairs). The property managers were very prompt in their replies. I would stay here again.
Property was perfect for 2 night stay. Price was fair and property owner communicated right away when we arrived. The house was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Easily accessible to restaurants and attractions in the area. Could use some more comfortable sitting furniture in the living room with more people. Overall a great place and would definitely return again.
This was a comfortable place for six adults touring Niagara Falls.
The condo was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows!
Could use hand towels and dish cloths and dish towels.
Overall the stay was awesome and the house was good, comfy, and with all the needs. The bathtub in the bathroom in the hallway was clogged with hair. My cousin unclogs it.
The townhouse in Thorold worked well for a short golf vacation. The house was comfortable and clean. We had most of the things we needed to prepare our own food. The location allowed us to easily get to places we had on our itinerary. Thanks to the host for opening this up.
Very clean, quiet neighborhood, park within walking distance, close to major highway. Didn’t spend much time at property as we had trips to Niagara Falls and Toronto planned, but, found home quite roomy. BTW, Could use a frying pan, had to make our scrambled eggs in a pot.
Out family of 5 stayed one night. The listing had all of the amenities mostly seen at other VRBO listings. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, one car attached garage, but was not able to fit a Ford Expedition Max. Communication with the owner was done via VRBO app, and was responsive. The location was very close to many restaurants and only 18 minutes to Niagara Falls.
Communication was good with the owner. The townhouse was plenty big for the 4 of us. The neighborhood was nice. Parking in the garage was tight, but doable. The place was clean, except for Bathroom Fans, those could use a vacuuming, otherwise, all was good. Beds were comfortable. One suggestion: Get a toaster. Unless we totally missed seeing it, there was no toaster. We brought breakfast foods for each day, and having toast with it, would have been nice.
Overall, it was a very nice stay. It was a good 22-25 minutes to Clifton Hill, but still ok.
Location and price were great for us.
Host was prompt to reply to our questions.
New bath mats, towels, a coffee pot and coffee were delivered to the house shortly after our arrival.
The property was as listed with a couple of minor concerns:
1)Legs on kitchen table and chairs were not tight. We were able to tighten them with our hands a couple of times, but they need to be tightened with an allen wrench.
2) One of the bedrooms has no bed frame and the bed is very low. We are all in our 70’s so this was not ideal.
3) A couple of folding chairs would be nice for eating together and/or watching television together. It is advertised for groups up to 8.
We were a group of 5 and found it awkward not to have 5 chairs.
4) In general, the house was clean. All of the vents are quite dirty and need to be cleaned
When all is said and done, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Smaller space than expected better suited for 6 people
Smaller space than expected not quite truly for 8 people…It was definitely “cosy”. Not clear from description that this is a townhouse: the kitchen, living and dinning area is but one larger rectangle that’s a bit small for 8 adults on the same schedule, especially if using the sofa as a bed. The sofa in the living/common room is not a sofa bed (our assumption as stated place sleeps 8), so more suitable for 6 people max sharing beds. The house was not stocked for 8 people (cutlery, hand towels, blanket and pillow for couch sleepers), although after some delays and back and forth, that was remedied by the host. Look at the description and pictures carefully: if you don’t see it, it is not there (although now there should be enough cutlery, scissors and a can opener). Seating at table is only set up for 4 people (as pictured) and no extra chairs, so be ready to eat in shifts or have some eat sitting on the couch or standing at the kitchen counter. Nice enough house, but better for smaller group.

Home was on okay condition, clean but well used. Only booked for a 1 night stay, sent host a message about an hour after check and more than 24 hours later, no response. Poor communication.

Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Dining room chairs for 4 only. Bring your own hair dryer. Appreciated extras like soap and shampoo, salt and pepper, paper towel, and dishwasher pods.
Clean & cheerful. Quiet. Easy to get to the Falls. Driveway & street parking.

Poor communication from host. Check-in information not received timely. Stained carpet. Old white refrigerator covered with tape to look stainless steel. Otherwise clean. Location ok but not super convenient in and out of neighborhood.
My daughter, her friend and I stayed here for dance comp in St Catherine’s. We were very happy with this lovely townhouse. Very clean, comfortable, spacious for the 3 of us. Nice little welcoming touches… truffles on the table when we walked in. Owner very responsive, and I would definitely stay here again!

we had a great trip and loves staying there
it was conftable and close of niagara falls
i recommand it
My mother, niece and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. It is only 30 minutes away from Niagara Falls and an hour away from the Toronto airport, tucked away in a cute and quiet neighborhood. All 3 of us ladies felt very safe staying there the whole time. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet is very large. The other 2 bedrooms are decent size all with queen size beds that are very comfortable.
There's plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations within 10 mins.
Sodiq was a gracious host and answered messages right away. Our flight was delayed and we didn't get into Tornto until 11 o'clock at night. I had sent a message asking if there was any way possible for some lights to be turned on inside. It wasn't a guarantee to happen but to our delight the lights were on making us feel more comfortable entering the property.
If we ever visit Toronto again we will definitely be reaching out to Sodiq again!

I had high hopes as this place looks great online. Unfortunately the owner is in another country and not monitoring his rental. When we arrived the furnace was off and the house was 6°. We had to get help elsewhere to fix the problem and also buy 3 heaters to be able to even take our coats off. Owners response: you can just take them back to get your money back. No. We had a very busy agenda and barely had time to deal with this issue. Also our reso was for 7 people. This house DOES NOT sleep 8 like stated. 3 beds, and the small couch is not a pull out. Also only provided 3 towels for 7 people. He did ship us towels at approx 10am then next day- however we all had to be up and ready for a cheer comp and out the door by 830. So not impressed. There were also dirty dishes with lipstick and coffee in the cupboards. We’re easy going and just needed a warm place to stay and be able to shower. This did not provide. We actually had another reservation for this location in April under one of the other members in our group - we have cancelled and will not be returning. There has been no offer of compensation for such a hassle. In this case, an I’m sorry is not enough
Great Location Close to Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls
This is a nice fourplex in the southwest border of Thorold, bordering Welland, within a short 15 minute drive to the core of Niagara Falls and 25 minutes to Niagara-on-the-Lake. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and grab necessities (groceries, pharmacy, gas, etc.) in nearby Welland.
The unit had a keypad lock for seamless entry, which auto-locks after a couple minutes for added security. The interior is relatively well maintained and clean (the exception was some splatter on the upstairs bathroom wall and a slight smell of food coming from the couch). All the basic cooking necessities (oil, salt, pepper, utensils, etc.) and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, even toothpaste were included. While we didn't cook, we could have comfortably done so given the items at our disposal. We did, however, use the dishwasher, which was quiet and worked well.
The main living area is a bit small, but comfortable, for the 6 adult members of my party. We could comfortably seat 4 on the couch and 2 others on the dining room chairs. The WiFi was also good and some of were were able to get work done while streaming a movie on the TV.
The sump pump kept on going off every 7-10 mins because it there was a lot of snow melting while we were there, which was annoying because it would beep every time it went off.
Two of the bedrooms and the basement door had chains on them (like the one you normally find at the front door), which we found a bit odd. The steps from the house into the garage weren't secured to anything so they would wobble a lot. Luckily we noticed before anyone got hurt, but it's something that should get fixed. There was a lot of garbage in the garage, which could have been left behind by the previous guests/wasn't taken out by the cleaners.
Communication with the owner was a bit slow at times but he was very helpful and welcoming.
Overall, the place was very comfortable, had all of the amenities we could have needed, and was located in a great spot for visiting the surrounding area. I would definitely come back here on my next visit to the Niagara area.
