8/10 Very good! (90 reviews)
Hi your Internet is terrible. In the bathroom the cover over the sliding door is falling down.
The breakfast room should cater for halal breakfast. Have a separate grill to make eggs and omelette. Currently pork and eggs are fried on the same grill.
The juice stand should also be kept separate and not at the bar as it could lead to cross contamination.
After this stay I will never go back to stay there.

8.4/10 Very good! (5 reviews)
House keeping was awful. Accommodation was dirty, smelly and not aired. Fire left dirty from previous guests. Washing up sponge was soooo old it was discussing and unbelievable. Breakfast food was very poor, cheap unhealthy food. Dinner option was a choice of 2 meals. No wine list, just one red wine offered. Staff were friendly, but not trained. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Setting is good.

7.8/10 Good! (51 reviews)
This beautiful hotel is very grand and is still very classy. It is showing its age however, but we still had a wonderful experience, with my husband celebrating his birthday at dinner where the staff made his night very special. The staff are excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

"This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing."
