Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is ramp access to the garden, but the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.. This three-bedroom property accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for walks along the promenade or 10-minute walk into Cleveleys village.
Entering the property, you are greeted with a cosy living/dining room with a sumptuous sofa and 50 inch TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Walk through to find a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and everything you need to prepare those home cooked meals, or why not try a variety of local cuisines with plenty of choice of restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and includes a kingsize bed, two single bedrooms and a separate wet room with walk-in shower, stool toilet and pedestal wash hand basin.

Great for the kids with easy access to Blackpool. Excellent location 2 minutes walk to the beach and all local amenities within 10 minutes walk. With a well equipped and clean accommodation we couldn’t ask fore more.
