"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. We attempted to use a baggage rack and the wheels were not adequate to make all the turns from the one elevator to our room. The toilet is too close to the ground and hard to get down and up from. Wi-fi was extremely slow. "

"They lied about having breakfast. It was a single honey bun. The heater did not work. They did not return my 40 dollar security deposit and gave no reason. There are hobos living in the parking lot. "

"It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay."

"Staff was great. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets were not very powerful. The pool towels are tiny, like child size. There was some spilled alcohol in one of the elevators that didn’t get cleaned the two days I was there. My biggest complaint is with the pillows and bed they were very uncomfortable. One set of pillows were firm the other set was soft but didn’t have enough filling like cotton balls in a pillow case that would separate. The bed was stiff. "
