Very close to Evian and 30 km of the stations of the doors of the sun (Chatel, Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets ...). Near Geneva by road and by Lauzanne Ferry that leaves the Port of Thonon. You can also visit the Chamonix Valley. Many hikes in the Chablais.

Proche du centre ville et ses boulangeries. Parking très pratique. Appartement propre,optimisé, pratique et au calme. A recommandé, dommage les plages sont un peu loin mais séjour très agréable

Lovely well equipped studio

I had a very comfortable 2 day stay here whilst my son was in the hospital. The studio is modern and well equipped. It had everything I needed and was a good location for all amenities too.

Parfait sur tout les plans

Je vous le conseille pour un couple et un enfant ou 1 adule et 2 enfants, il manque rien au studio le propriétaire a pensé a tout il y'a meme le fer a repasser seche cheveux aspirateur...., propre et bien équipé. Et le propriétaire est gentil et serviable. Je pense y retourner en été et pour notre séjour en décembre on pu profiter de la station de ski de thollon les mémises a 20min . A recommnder sans hésitation

Très joli petit appartement pour un couple et un enfant. Très propre et intérieur neuf et mobilier contemporain. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche du bord du lac, du parc des thermes et des petits commerces indispensables, ainsi que la place de parking sur place. L'endroit est calme.

Calme,très près du centre ville, convient bien pour deux personnes pas plus. Le parking demanderait un nouveau revêtement en cas de pluie il pourrait poser des problèmes d'accessibilité et la propreté du studio est à améliorer.

monsieur BOUJON ,est quelqu'un abordable et cherche tout de suite à nous satisfaire

Toutefois il y a un problème gênant sur le parking de la propriété ,il à plut beaucoup durant notre séjours ,nous étions les pieds dans l'eau et pour les voitures ce n'est pas agréable ces nid s- de -poules profonds .Autrement le logement est très agréable pour deux et le confort ,il est bien agencé .Nous avons passées de bonne vacances .Merci !

vacances à Thonon

les propriétaires très sympas et chaleureux, appartement très bien équipé il y a tout ce qu'il faut dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit kit épicerie il faut tout acheter sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre. un petit bémol sur le ménage à l'arrivée. Sinon tout bien.

très contents de notre séjour dans cet appartement, très agréable, clair, confortable, propre. vraiment super. Très bonne localisation, proche de tous commerces, gare parc etc.. sans contrainte de voiture. Le plus, parking devant très appréciable en ville. Nous reviendrons. Accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire, merci, nous recommanderons cette location.

Studio très coquet et agréable

J'ai été particulièrement séduite par ce logement, bien décoré, très pratique pour sa localisation et ses multiples fonctionnalités, telles petite terrasse, lit repliable, baignoire, possibilité de faire une raclette etc... La proximité du lieu de cure est un plus (100 m) et les commerces proches ainsi que le garage devant la location. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Merci à lui. Je recommande beaucoup cette location.
