In the heart of the Thônes Valley, between Lake Annecy and the Aravis ski resorts, this tastefully decorated gîte is housed in an old renovated farmhouse with traditional local features. Access to outdoor spa at no extra charge. 66 m² duplex gîte for 5 people, in a fully renovated former farmhouse dating from 1780, which also includes 2 other gîtes, the 3 units being completely independent. This gîte comprises: On the ground floor, a 33.45 m² living room, with : \- a kitchen including a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, raclette and fondue machines, a central island a central island (including an induction hob, oven and extractor fan), \- a living room with sofa, coffee table, armchairs, TV and a wood-burning stove, \- a corridor with access to a separate WC and storage cupboard, \- a 9.20 m² terrace to the east and a 2nd 8 m² terrace to the north with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Très bel accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont donné pleins de petits conseils sur ce qu'il y a avait à faire autour. Tout est absolument conforme aux photos. La situation du chalet est idéal : proche des commerces de Thônes tout en étant dans la verdure et entouré de montagnes. Magnifique séjour. Deux vraies chambres, la literie est de bonne qualité, le linge de lit et de toilette fournis (en supplément) sont également propres et en bon état. Tout l'équipement nécessaire à la cuisine est là, vaisselle en grande quantité également. Nombreuses documentation touristique consultable directement dans le gîte. Les propriétaires sont réactifs.
