"In my opinion it would be good if all showers have a grab rail. Especially older people who find it hard to keep their balance. ( like me, I have no balance at all on one side), so that would help a lot. "

"There was no hot water for our showers the next day, after our 1-night stay. The first of the 4 of us, stripped off and went to get in the shower but not one drop of hot water, even out of the tap for washing hands. What! That's what an overnight stay is for - a bed and shower, the next morning. Not impressed!"
