"This place is non existent. Neither the supposed property manager in New York (property is in Myrtle Beach) nor orbitz would stand behind the reservation. Left us without lodging for our entire 3 day trip! Received a call the following day from the property manager stating the front desk in Texas was unresponsive and there was nothing he could do. "Hotel was as expected, with one exception: the 6am continental breakfast wasn’t opened up at 6am. We had to be out the door early and was hoping to snag some quick bites before heading out, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible due to the office/breakfast area being open as scheduled. Part of the reason why we booked it. Bummer. Otherwise it was good for the price during spring break time!"

The communication with our hostess received immediate replies and all replies were answered with kindness and patience.
