"The weather was not good for the first half of the stay. The view was beautiful. The view was block as the owner stated. It was noisy and the workers were messy and stared into the condo. The deck was very dirty from the construction (not the owners fault). The place was not very clean. The light in the bedroom in the fan flickered on and off so we did not use it. The fan in the bedroom was very dirty and aggravated my allergies until we cleaned it. The view was spectacular but the place could use a little love."

"Pros: location and ocean view Cons: lady at front desk was not friendly and resented having to get out of her chair. No insulation between rooms..people in upstairs room could be heard stomping around at 11:00 at night. No black out blinds. This place has seen better days."

He was responsive, proactive with recommendations, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, the studio itself made the weekend special.
