"This hotel is amazing. Ample parking space. I book an apartment- the apartment space is massive, working air condition. The bed is comfortable.The kitchen has reasonable equipment. There is water filter with cold water situated in the main corridor outside the lift- really helps with the hot weather. Check in space is straight forward. Definitely will come back to stay"

"It's a historic building downtown with two good restaurants, and each room has a different layout. When you walk in, there's a weird smell. Our room had a sauna and a bathtub, but the description didn't mention stairs everywhere, which was a big safety problem. The room was super small and dusty. We didn't have hot water for two days, and housekeeping never refilled the coffee or tea or cleaned the room. The safe didn't work, and the bed was really uncomfortable. We had to call reception a bunch of times to resolve the hot water issue. The management offered free breakfast on the day we left, but breakfast was already over. They apologized and waived the city tax."

"The place is beautiful, but no air conditioning, just a fan in the room. Hotels of this category and price in Europe now have air conditioning. No pool either. People must be attentive to the payment. The receptionist did not ask for the payment when we checked in. At check out she said that she couldn't find the payment collected by Expedia, but she had the card number that Expedia sent. She went ahead and charge for the room again without given me the chance to show the Expedia receipt. When I did, she offered to reimburse the charge wrongly, or in bad faith, made. After five days it has not posted."
