"The room was clean and staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of power points (in the family room) for my husband to use his CPAP machine. However, staff provided us with an extension cord so it wasn't a big deal."

"Have stayed at this hotel few times before and love the setting and lovely staff. Sadly though the venue seems to be neglected and gone downhill so can no longer recommend. There is visible lack of maintenance on the rooms and exterior. It is pricey and so losing its competitiveness with other nearby hotels. definitely cannot recommend opting for the breakfast which has really gone downhill. This morning the food in bain maries was cold and pastries definitely not fresh. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and room clean and one can sleep well as it is so quiet. Great to wake to bird song. Finally , the sign for the hotel entry is not lit and hard to spot ."

"We had such a wonderful stay. The place is incredibly well-maintained and everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The animals were an absolute highlight, so friendly and gentle. The host were equally welcoming and very responsive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.It’s the perfect place to relax and switch off while still being conveniently close to Sydney and surrounded by lovely towns and great places to explore nearby. We would 100% recommend this stay for a getaway with friends or families with little ones. A perfect escape that we would happily return to again!"

"Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police. Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out. Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD. When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the rooms from outside until 7am. After a wait of approx 45 minutes another guest was leaving and I was able to get back in . I will not be staying at Ibis again."

"Yurt was a terrific stay ... clean, comfy beds with air cond, oil heater and kitchenette. Quiet neighbourhood and yurt is well separated from host house and neighbours. Colin was great communicator, friendly and helpful. Our only regret was as we attended a wedding we didnt get a chance to admire the magic gardens that surround the yurt... next time! It must look spectacular in spring. An interesting and eclectic stay with moden bathroom including heated towel racks ..... Highly recommended"

"Very impressive hotel that is in great condition after a refurbishment. Good service and nice restaurant and bar also. Room was not huge but fine for a short stay if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in there."
