OMG this place is a 10!!! While it sits by itself about 15 minutes drive from the city center and the harbor, which was fine because staff was able to get us quick transportation to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff is so exceptional I can't even tell you enough. They waited on us hand and foot and were so attentive. We got in around 9pm. We were escorted to our room and did not have to carry a thing. We were given a tour and they made us dinner reservations right away at the hotel restaurante that was not only beautiful but the food was amazing. Our room was so nice with a private infinity pool on the balcony that was perfect for a late night swim under the stars after dinner. Our stay was absolutely magical! Nice quiet location with a nice view. Decent breakfast. Only 1 restaurant nearby - but it was very good. Grounds around pool needs work. Bar was never open (9/16-19).

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is great with direct access to the beach, a nice pool, and a fun beach bar to enjoy drinks by the water (however the nearest shops/ markets are 20 minutes away by car). Our room was spacious, included a balcony with a garden view, and parking was very convenient. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with plenty of options to start the day. That said, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The detachable shower head in our bathroom didn’t work, leaving us to use only the fixed top shower head. The outdoor balcony light was broken, so we ended up eating dinner in complete darkness one evening. The in-room safe also malfunctioned several times, requiring us to call reception for assistance on more than one occasion. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, these maintenance issues were disappointing—especially considering the price point. With a little more attention to upkeep, this could easily be a perfect getaway spot. Will probably stay at a different hotel if we return to Milos again.
