  • House "Escher", detached. 3.8 km from the centre of Thiéfosse, 42 km from the centre of Épinal, 110 km from the centre of Nancy, in a quiet position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, in the woods. Private: property 350 m2 with meadow. Patio, garden furniture, fireplace. In the house: sauna. Storeroom available. 200 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Thiefosse Centre" 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Important note: Water supply from our own spring. In the event of extreme drought during the season, it may not be possible to guarantee an adequate water supply. In this case, the property will be cancelled by HHD free of charge and any amounts already paid will be refunded. The customer is not entitled to make any further claims in this regard.

Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Electric heating, wood heating. Wooden floors. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (6). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.
