The hotel is a beautiful property in the most perfect part of center of Montpellier. The room was perfect. Great view. Great size. Clean and simply perfect. We dined at a the fine dining rest. One night. It was simply perfect . What is missing in this hotel is great experienced staff. We stayed for a week in this hotel. The young girl that helped us check out and one other young lady were ok. Everyone else. No comment.
The bar manager was one of the worst we experienced. My husband had a special request. We waited for half an hour and we never received our drink so we just cancelled our order. The hotel reception the night before our departure told us there is problem with the electricity. Helping us to change our room but when we were telling him we don’t wanna move to a room smaller than our original one he gives you a service with no eye contact. We travel around the world and always in 5 star hotels. The staff of this hotel were from from what you expect in 5 stars and that was disappointing.

It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive. I also hated the paper cups in the bathroom that kind of disintegrated. Tea and coffee facilities ...
