Een keuken met moderne apparatuur (vraag wel om uitleg hoe het werkt), uitstekende slaapkamers met prima badkamers en een ruim opgezette woon- en eetkamer. De tuin, met tuinkeuken/bar en (nep)strandje is heerlijk zowel om te borrelen, eten en te zonnenbaden. Het zwembad is niet geschikt om te zwemmen (te klein) maar wel prima om af te koelen.
