This cottage, with exposed timbers in each room, is located at the exit of a small village 20 minutes from Nancy (Place Stanislas, Art Nouveau...).  
To visit: the castles of Haroué (18 km) and Lunéville (40 km), the cloister and fortifications of Toul (28 km).  
Swimming possible 18 km away on the Favières leisure center.  
This cottage offers you all the charms of the countryside (near the forest, hiking trails, fishing ...). Cottage (120 m²) adjoining the owner, independent access by 9 steps.  
Equipped kitchen (freezer), living room with TV, DVD and air conditioning.  
1 bedroom with balcony (3 single beds) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed).  
Shower room with WC inside.  
Wifi internet access.  
Central heating (heat pump). Prices include charges.  
Sheets + towels provided, beds made.
