For up to 5 people. You will find the cloakroom in the entrance area. Then the entire apartment is very open and spacious. The large living room with a comfortable couch gives you a view of the kitchen with dining area, the fireplace and the gallery. A 60 inch Smart TV with Amazon Prime is available in the living room. There is also an X box for younger guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. In the 1 bedroom you will find a walk-in closet and a TV. Bathroom with bathtub and shower and hair dryer. At the top is another bedroom with a TV and DVD player. This TV can also be displayed in 3D on request. Furthermore, at the very top another room with sheep sofa and desk. This is to give every opportunity to work perfectly if you are on business. In the garden the covered terrace and the pool. 3.5 to 7 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters. Zumal die Seen leider immer wieder von Blaualgen befallen waren, so das man eh nicht baden konnte. Der Garten ist abgetrennt zur unteren Wohnung, und komplett eingezäunt. Mega für den Wauzi und uns.Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und so hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.Zum Schluss noch ein Tipp, die Gaststätte Signal im Ort. Der Herr Dittmar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Wohnung auf Grund eines ungeplanten Reperatureinsatzes nicht gereinigt. Auch bei der Ausstattung in der Küche hat einiges gefehlt. Der Check in war total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selber ist hell und freundlich! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Handseifen und Taschentuchboxen, Spülmittel und Lappen. Für die Kaffeetrinker, es stand sogar eine Saecco Kaffemaschine in der Küche! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die Handtücher wurden auch nach einer Woche gewechselt! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Lebensgefährtin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Die Landschaft ist toll. Wir haben ein paar tolle Fleckchen entdeckt. Perfekt macht das ganze natürlich der tolle Pool. Dieser hat seit Frühjahr 2021 ein Dach wodurch man auch bei Regen bzw. kälteren Temperaturen gut baden und schwimmen gehen kann. Die Kinder fanden es toll. Schön war, dass der Garten für beide Ferienwohnungen sehr gut getrennt ist. Nur der Pool wird gemeinsam genutzt. Dadurch hat man eine super Privatsphäre, auch von der Straße ist der Garten nicht einsehbar. Besonders empfehlenswert in der Umgebung fanden wir den Barfußpfad und den Kletterwald. Für Kinder und Erwachsene eine schöne Zeit. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer des Objekts war stets sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ##### Hanna B. Die Wohnung ist komplett entsprechend der Beschreibung & Fotos. Tierliebe ist definitiv ernst gemeint, deshalb sind logischerweise auch "Hundespuren" vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - da wir 2 Tage eine recht laute Baustelle nebenan hatten kam sie mit einem Entschuldigungssekt vorbei - wirklich nett! Da wir 5 Erwachsene waren gab es teilweise recht enge Raumverhältnisse (Küche nur 4 Stühle und recht eng), im Garten auf der Terrasse waren auch zuwenig Sitzgelegenheiten um gemeinsam am Tisch zu essen oä. Zum Essen am besten nach Gunzenhausen. Die Gegend um die Wohnung eignet sich gut zum Spazierengehen.
