"The host went above and beyond to reply to my questions and requests. My dog was absolutely thrilled with the windows that went to the floor in all the rooms. :) "

"Location is great, plenty of firewood, quiet area. The front door lock didn’t work, the back yard had bags with trash on the ground, the hot tub water was dirty, the mosquito nets on the back patio were ripped up, the patio heater didn’t have propane in the tank, the grill’s grease pan was full. Property manager responded and solved some of the issue but this all could’ve been avoided with proper cleaning between stays. "

"This property was exactly as advertised and our family had a great time. It was one of the cleanest homes we have stayed at and Tony and his crew responded quickly to any minor needs we had. It is very easy to highly recommend this home."

"New linens, very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Fireplace tools provided as well as wood. Good WiFi and Smart TV options. However shower door was broken and were restricted to one. Also, we had an ice storm but no salt or de-icer provided. Didn’t see a snow shovel either for front porch entry. All in all, a good holiday stay. "

"I will say that the floors, sheets, blankets, and towels were all clean. Very disappointed to find trash all over outside including the fire pit. Tools were scattered all around along with multiple blades in the driveway (luckily we didn’t get a flat tire). Above the sink on the light in the bathroom was a syringe with needle just laying there. The cabin smelled like cigarettes. The keurig didn’t work. And the hot tub when I finally got it turned on couldn’t be turned off. When we went to sit in it the temp was over 120 degrees. The person I texted was very apologetic for all these things but very unhelpful with most of it. I eventually just had to unplug the hot tub because I didn’t know what else to do. Location was nice but I would probably not stay here again."

"The host was exceptional and very helpful with any questions. We hada great time at the playground and indoor pool at TehWoods. We also enjoyed hiking in the area. I would definitily go back."

"This is a good property and the owner is VERY communicative and responsive, including accommodating our last minute stay. The location is very near to the golf course and one of the outdoor pools and only a short (less than 5 minutes) drive to the sports center, spa, indoor pool and courts. (You need daily passes to the sports center).The Woods is a very casual, well-maintained, resort-styled community. And there is plenty of activity.The home is in good shape and - as advertised - it is not lavish or palatial. If this home continues to be upgraded and maintained, then this would've been a 5* review.Great for a family of 4 and a dog!"
