"Hotel was great! We were there for a softball camp at GCU so it was perfectly located. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Quiet location and easy. Only note is that the additional parking is in a garage about 1:/8 mile away and seemed pretty sketchy but they did have a security guard in a car at the entrance. Car was fine just a little uneasy late at night."

"Lovely hotel. The staff was even better, especially the ladies in the kitchen making omelets. Breakfast overall was outstanding. I also love how open the main area is and the view of the pool. The room was spacious and had a large living space. Unfortunately, the rooms and the bathroom could use updating. Definitely doesn’t meet the level of the rest of the hotel. Also, the gym needs a bigger space for that size of a hotel. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."

"House was great! Very clean, check in was easy, well-equipped kitchen and communication with host was excellent. All beds and pillows were VERY firm. Not very comfortable in my family's opinion. The game room (garage) did not have ac and was too hot to enjoy. The host was very responsive and brought a nice fan but did not help enough for us to use. Pool was beautiful and made the hot days more bearable. Cannot say enough about the kindness and helpfullness of the host. Would definitely book again if ever in Phoenix."

"There were a quite a few issues with cleanliness like the shower having really bad calcium buildup, the furniture and sheets were stained, the appliances in the kitchen didn’t work well, there were soooo many crickets inside, and some of the pictures were definitely outdated because there were different furnishings than pictured but overall the stay was good. If the cleanliness was better this would easily have been 8.5-9 stars and we would return."
