"Room was very large, bed large and comfortable. I will say bed is apps 18 inches off floor and not a problem for us but some people with hip or leg problems might have difficulty. Bathroom was kinda small but functional. It's a tub with shower curtain. Housekeeping had a habit of only leaving one face cloth thou 2 adults staying in room. The hotel location is not in crowded downtown but close enough. Staff was smiling and helpful. There are some improvements that could be made. There is only (1) ice machine, you have to exit the lobby out near the pool to get ice. There are no vending machines. If you want a soda you have to get it while the restaurant or bar us open, water is sold at front desk. The restaurant in the morning seemed to be run by one person and I suppose a cook and at night the bartender person doubles as your waiter person. You should be patient; they are trying to do their best. Parking us close to the lobby."

"Look up the Citrus Club if you want full concierge service. It was $150/ person and I voided food and beverages from 8am-9pm making it almost an all inclusive deal. I was unaware of this until I arrived and it was only through friends."

"The house was well maintained with lots of space for our family. I really liked the online guide we got for our stay, it was helpful when questions came up. The backyard is amazing! Unfortunately, it was super hot during our stay, meaning the pool was pretty warm as well. But we still had a great time and would definitely return."
