The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm. Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner belongings and supplies. The garage is not available for parking. The golf cart will be parked within the garage. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pet Policy: One Small dog is allowed with pre-approval only. Please send a message prior to booking to confirm. $150 Pet Fee. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Upon submission, you will receive instructions with where the golf cart key is located within the home.
