King size bed in master bedroom, twin beds in guest room and queen size bed in the other guest room. Very comfortable living and dining area combined with table for 4 and a flat screen tv. Kitchen is spacious and has an eat in area with seating for 4\. Everything you need to enjoy your visit. Screened in lanai on the back of the house. Nice quiet enclosed back yard. Bicycles and golf cart for your pleasure to use during your stay. All three bedrooms were very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of available TV channels - for example CNN, FOX and ESPN were not available. The home was very clean and our ReMax agent did her job well. The only minor thing was that the redoing chairs were not very comfortable for me but were fine for my wife.
