Beautiful Home - near Sumter - Free Golf Cart

For anyone who wants the convenience of amenities within walking distance and the privacy of a huge home site backing to a farm, this
beautiful home is for you. The home is exactly 1-1/2 miles from Sumter Landing with its restaurants, shopping and free, live entertainment nightly. The Caroline adult pool is 1/2 mile away and the Coconut Cove Recreation Center is 1/2 mile away in the other direction. Over thirty executive courses and 15 championship courses are just minutes away.

This spacious home boasts three bedrooms, 2 baths, great and dining rooms and a kitchen so well equipped that even a gourmet cook would
be content. Both the Florida room and the lanai provide total
privacy because they back to a farm with many large trees. There are no other homes visible from these two special places. The home
is beautifully furnished and smoke free with a king size bed in the master bedroom
and queen size beds in the two other bedrooms. The lanai is furnished with a table and 4 comfortable wicker chairs and a lounge. If you care to enjoy the
sun, there's even an open patio off the lanai with a gas grill and two chairs. There is high speed internet access and an electric, two-seater golf cart is in the garage for use by our guests. There is telephone service with toll free calling throughout the US and Canada. Free newspaper delivered daily. There is a postal box available for your forwarded mail.

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much! We liked this home more than any home we have rented in the Villages. The location was great and a very short golf cart ride to the Sumter town square (our favorite). Great view from the lanai! We plan on returning again.

As comfortable as home but with better weather!

We enjoyed a wonderful three weeks at this beautiful rental, but it never felt like a rental.It was so beautifully decorated and well equipped, that we were perfectly at home. Our location was so close to everything: Coconut Cove Recreation Centre, Caroline Pool, Lake Sumpter Landing, Winn Dixie Food Mart, and numerous golf courses. This is an amazing property and we would love to return for another vacation here. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. It was better than we expected.

our wonderful 2 week stay in this Beautiful Ranch

it was a beautiful home, everything that was stated was............the backyard that backs up to a Farm with Trees galore/hanging Spanish Moss.........i would sit outside til 9pm and was just in awe, looking at the view.......clean/friendly caretaker, everything one would need.........we look forward to renting it again, for a month this time........Jean & Don
