Very, very disappointed

Upon our arrival, we walked in and watched the cockroaches scatter. None of the vertical blinds worked. The exit door on the lanai was broken with the mechanism hanging. Hole in master bath wall where the towel bar used to be, shower light burned out. Rusty and rotten outdoor furniture. My husband FELL right thru TWO of the chairs. Rusty kitchen utensils. Sheets won’t stay on mattress. Trash and weeds around outside of house. Minimal cleaning products - dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish towels, trash bags. No phone contact information for host or anyone at vrbo. We sent multiple emails asking for a response with no reply. There was very little information regarding The Villages, the amenities, the I.D. needed to use the facilities, where to get a golf cart. The house was acceptably clean but did I mention the cockroaches?!! We were extremely disappointed with this facility, it did not live up to the standards of the St. James Village or the surrounding community.
