"The customer service at both the front desk and management was outstanding. They were so kind and went above and beyond my expectations of what a welcoming staff consists of. They showered my kids with attention and made sure we had everything we needed. They really gave the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area."

"Very clean hotel. It has a corporate vibe to it so it's quiet and professional. I stayed 2 nights with two dogs. I found the pet fee a little exorbitant at $75, but I believe it was charged per stay rather than per night. Plenty of grass and trees for dogs to relieve themselves. Easy access to these spaces via exit doors. Pool was still covered. I assume it was too early in the season. The hot tub was available and operational. I had a very nice soak after days on the road. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Theri ciffee is very good also :)"

"Beautiful high standard renovation of an historic property in a great location with excellent staff. The library is a great amenity with screenshare enabled big samsung tv, snacks and water, though I couldn't figure out the alleged cocktail hours. Excellent standard rooms though I couldnt figure out how to enable the handheld shower head. 2 great bars and a great restaurant. But best of all, the staff were fabulous."
