"Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars."
"The room was clean and very comfortable. The extra sofa and table and chairs gave us a place to sit and relax and play games. The continental breakfast was the best."
"Great hotel. Amazing views and convenient to Seattle and the Eastside. Our room was very comfortable and housekeeping tidied up the room daily while we were out. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful"
"Great location for walking downtown Redmond and surrounding park areas and trails. Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. Our in-room coffee maker did not work and maintenance never made it up to swap it out or fix it, meaning we had to go to the lobby for coffee. Unfortunately, after hours, they rely on a single serve coffee maker (Keurig style) that was most often out of water and only the desk attendant could refill the holding tank. Somewhat of a pain. We are planning a 30+ day stay later in the year and this facility may be in the running for our business but I have a few more to check out before returning for such a long stay."
"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a unique (in the best way) experience. There is no grand entrance or elaborate lobby, but the building itself is impressive and fits naturally into its park setting. The location does mean there are no restaurants or conveniences within walking distance. They make up for that lack with ample trails to get your heartbeat up. I can understand the absence of a pool, but given the colder Washington temperatures, a hot tub would have been a welcome addition. The rooms are relatively small (and expensive), but once inside, you are transported to a simpler, quieter time; one where the finer things are birdsong, stillness, and true quietude. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly return myself."
"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had ants, which was unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The shower was another major issue — there were no instructions on how to operate it, and despite trying everything, I could not get it to work properly.
The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. To top it off, the staff was barely civil and did not seem interested in helping resolve any of the issues.
Overall, this stay felt neglected from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again"
