"Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix it. Restaurant floor had leftover food droppings from the night before at breakfast; they clearly did not vacuum. Shockingly poor stay. Hotel rooms are not in good condition. "

"This home is beautiful and spacious, and the host has added little touches to show his thoughtfulness. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Even when there was a small issue that was out of the owner's control, he was incredibly responsive, respectful and apologetic. On a scale of 1-10, this property and owner are a 20! Can't wait to stay here again!"
