"Tout de cet hébergement était parfait. La communication avec l'hôte et le voisinage, qui nous ont beaucoup aidé durant le passage de l'ouragan Lala, était également parfaite. Le logement est bien situé et on a manqué de rien. On était comme à la maison et on a vraiment senti que l'hôte voulait qu'on soit bien durant notre séjour et a mit tout en œuvre pour ce faire. "The property was amazing! This is the second time we have stayed at this property, because we liked it so much the first time! It is close to so many things, has great views, and is in a very nice private and secluded area. Allie is an incredible host! If you need anything she is on top of it, whether thats something for the house or recommendations for what to do or where to go. My whole family came and we had 14 people in the house with room to spare, it was amazing. If we go to the Big Island again, we will definitely be staying at this property!"

"A warm welcome from very hospitable hosts on arrival at this comfortable, well equipped studio. Situated in a delightful garden setting, which can be enjoyed from the large, well furnished lanai. With only a brief stay we did not use, but noted, everything you could need for the beach. Close to the airport and all amenities yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Mahalo Erin and Elias!"

"Couple maintain items like fan in kitchen, Lite coming from up the steps into home needs to stay on longer.Need to state that there is a hill that you need to park on and go up, also need to list stairs into the property. Stove needs to be relabled and washer was difficult to use. Could only use bluckly.Pool was excellent and to be able to use beach items was great.All extra stuff available in pantry was great.Use some leave some is a great way to work.Thank you had a great time"

"We enjoyed our stay overall, and the home had several features that worked well for our family. The pool was a great way to cool off after spending time at the beach, and we appreciated the large selection of beach gear, including water shoes in a variety of sizes. The location was convenient for exploring the island, and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather, both on the lanai and around the kitchen island.There were a few areas that could be improved. The home was missing some basic essentials that we’ve come to expect in a vacation rental, such as paper towels, laundry detergent, and extra pool and beach towels. The house also does not have air conditioning, which made the middle part of the day quite hot. Additional fans would make a big difference in keeping the home more comfortable.The BBQ grill was another disappointment. It didn’t heat well, and burgers took about 30 minutes to cook. Even then, I had to finish cooking them on the stove inside.One other issue we encountered was with the TV. It required a PIN to download additional streaming apps, and unfortunately the host did not know the PIN. While watching TV isn’t a priority on a Hawaiian vacation, our family was hoping to watch the World Cup together, and we ended up streaming it on a cell phone and laptop instead.Overall, the home has a lot of potential thanks to its location, pool, beach gear, and spacious layout. Addressing these few items would make the experience much more enjoyable."

"Our family had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful home on the Big Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and had more than enough space for our entire family to relax.One of our favorite touches was all of the beach amenities that were provided. Having beach towels, boogie boards, and other beach gear available made our days at the beach so easy and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic—it's conveniently close to the airport and just a short drive to several amazing beaches.The pool, hot tub, and oversized hammock were truly the cherry on top of an already incredible stay. After long days of exploring, it was so nice to come back, relax, and unwind, and my oldest son especially loved spending time in the hammock.The only suggestion I would offer is that adding window treatments in the kitchen would be helpful. During sunset, the afternoon sun shines directly into the kitchen, making it quite warm while preparing dinner. Shades or blinds would make an already wonderful space even more comfortable.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay on the Big Island. Mahalo for helping our family create such wonderful memories—we can't wait to return!"
