"The staff was extremely helpful while traveling with our young kids. (Ages 3 & 2.) Doors were held, quick check in, assistance with luggage and car seats (3 bags, 2 car seats), and friendly interactions with our kids. The entire facility was clean, professional staff, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"Room for 3 people booked and paid well in advance, using the sofa bed, after an 11 hour flight from the UK, we checked in and found the bed settee was not made up, we contacted reception who said they would sort it. Wwe went for something to eat before returning to find the room hadn't had the second bed made up. We searched again and managed to find the sheets and made the bed ourselves, this did put a slight dampner on the experience but we all slept very well. Airport shuttle easy to navigate and wasn't waiting long at all"
