On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at the front desk asking what happened the night before, I spent the entire night smelling this toxic air, nobody even message me even when they realized my belongings still at my room which allegedly they went to see if someone was there! Not even an apology I received from anyone in that hotel. Terrible customer service!!"
