We were on our way to the Oregon Coast with our six month old and 2 year old. We stopped to see some family in the Portland area for a couple nights and this was the perfect location for us with how close it was to the Portland area. We appreciated that it was a ways away from the business of the populated Vancouver and Portland area. Grand Blvd was quite noisy even at night, which was tough if you are not a heavy sleeper, or you have little ones. Parking space more than adequate. Great for pets because of the fenced yard. They were able to run around without issue or fear of them accidentally getting out. We were there for almost two weeks. There is a nice quiet lane behind the house to walk the dogs. And even a perk a view of the river in the distance.
