"Amazing location, helpful staff, and yummy bakery that you get credit to for breakfast. Could be cleaner - there was mold along rhe sliding shower door, toilet base by the floor wasn’t clean, and air vent had a lot of dust in it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Has been recently renovated. Could have used a few more pillows, another lamp in the room on the desk, and a mirror outside of the bathroom. There is also nowhere to sit anything in the bathroom. The historic charm is nice and the location is super convenient to the subway lines, Central Park, etc. "

"The tv was not working. The shower pressure and temperature sucks. You’re either freezing or being burned. The hotel was not very clean. Would not stay here again. "
