"By the time we returned to the Phoenix area, we had spent several days on the road making our way back from the Grand Canyon. This home was exactly what we needed: exceptionally clean, well furnished, and chocked full of numerous amenities for our use (pool, large-screen TV's, stocked kitchen, etc.). This beautiful home is laid out with cathedral ceilings and a large centrally located living room, kitchen, and dining room- more than sufficient to accommodate our family of five. Two large A/C units provided abundant cooling for the house, no matter how hot it was outside. Our host was very friendly and always promptly answered any of our questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and will make this our go-to oasis the next time we return to Phoenix and the SanTan Valley area. Highly recommended..."

"Excellent property. Nice and clean and welcoming. Minor issue with the keys due to the cleaners. (supposed to get an entry key from outside lockbox for initial entry). However, when we arrived, the lockbox was open and the key was missing. Property management never did inform us over the 17 days we were there whether they resolved the issue, where the second key was, or who had it. As a result, the whole time we were there, we were a little unsettled, not knowing where that second door key was or who had it. We noticed on checkout that the lockbox had been closed, so we assume they sorted it out, but it would have given us a lot more peace of mind to have some communication about that. The property itself though was fantastic. Well stocked kitchen, an Xbox for the kids to play on, very nice master bedroom and overall just a very nice house to spend time in. Thank you again for sharing your property with us, we enjoyed our time there and would love to stay with you again! We very much appreciated the pool also, given how hot it was. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!"
