"This property was perfect for our visit to San Tan. Communication was easy, and house was impeccably clean. Heated community pool was a big plus and used it daily. "This property was perfect! Absolutely everything you need could be found in the house. Very well stocked and supplied. Missy , the host, was very quick to respond and made our vacation seamless. The outdoor space fit all of our needs. The pool, BBQ, fire pit were all great. The neighborhood was very quiet. By far, my best short term rental experience . "It was a nice place to stay but two big things i noticed. 1. When we got there the code on the door didn’t work2. either the owner or someone previously left marijuana all over the place. This home is managed through a rental company and so I alerted them immediately"

"We enjoyed our stay very much! It was exactly what we were hoping for. Very clean and everything you would need whether in the kitchen or bathroom/ laundry room etc. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, we were very relaxed our entire time there! We will definitely be booking this beautiful place again next year! As a side note there wasn’t any propane or wood pellets for the grill and smoker to use them. We didn’t feel that with the price we paid that we should buy these items in order to use them."
